The difference between try and triumph is just a little umph!

Today was my month end weight in. I am down another 11 pounds.  I have 2 months left with Alex.  It is time to kick it back into high gear.  

I discovered I can do push ups today.  My workout today was 

A good 30 minute workout on the treadmill at a variety of inclines

100 kettle bell swings with push ups in between

10 kettle bell swings
1 push up
15 kettle bell swings
2 push ups
25 Kettle bell swings
3 push ups
50 kettle bell swings
4 push up
